Our Amazing Team

Want to know what the ‘not so secret’ ingredient to our studio is?
It’s our fabulous team of educators and staff. The Jim Jam Team are passionate, trained educators who love music and educating children. Find out a bit more about them below…

Kylie Clift – Artistic Director of Jim Jam Studios/Licensed Kindermusik® Educator/Vocal Teacher

Kylie has been a vocalist and performer for over 20 years and a Licensed Kindermusik educator since 2005.

Kylie founded Jim Jam Music in 2006 after previously teaching Kindermusik classes for  ‘The Complete Child & You’ on Sydney’s lower North Shore.

“I’m sure there are many people out there who don’t enjoy their work but I’m not one of them! I love my job! I get to sing and dance and play instruments with fabulous little people all week! I feel very privileged to share precious time each week with all the families who come to Jim Jam Music classes and get so much satisfaction in the little things; the ‘hooray’ at the end of a dance, the first time a child sings along with a song in class, the 2 year old who shares their instrument with another for the first time, the baby who claps their hands along to the song with glee, or the pre-schooler playing the woodblock to the steady beat. It’s amazing to see these milestones.”

Jim Jam Studios was awarded the prestigious ‘Top Program’ status every year since 2012 – this is awarded to the top 5% Kindermusik studios worldwide. In 2014 we reached ‘Conductors Circle’ status and celebrated being the 2nd largest Kindermusik studio in Australia.

“Life for me is otherwise is focused on family; husband Roger and daughters, Lexie (17) and Jorja (14) as well as sharing my passion for early childhood music education with the local community.

Kylie is the  contracted Choir Conductor for Asquith Public School (2012-2019) and
lead vocalist in the popular Sydney Retro band ‘Total Recall’ so switch from “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’ by day to ‘Echo Beach’ by night!
