 Fees include a full set of At Home Materials which are issued when fees are paid. Village receive a new set of home materials each term, whereas our other programs are on a semester basis, so home materials are issued in terms 1 & 3. If you join mid-term then fees are calculated on a pro-rata formula + home materials.

PLEASE NOTE: THE DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO CLASSES COMMENCING. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT YOUR CHILD HAS A PLACE IN A CLASS AND THAT THEY CAN RECEIVE THEIR HOME MATERIALS AT THEIR FIRST CLASS. 

DISCOUNTS

Siblings enrolled in classes receive a 20% discount off tuition fees. Sibling At Home Materials are also available. This does not apply to Family Time classes.

Fees can be paid by:

  • cheque (make payable to Jim Jam Music)
  • Paypal (credit card)
  • direct deposit (into Jim Jam Music account - WestpacBSB: 032-188 ACC no:25-1755)

please note: Fees are payable in advance - a deposit to secure enrolment and the balance by the 1st class of the term. Payment plans are available on request.  Refunds or credit vouchers may be given due to an unexpected family move or serious illness resulting in withdrawal from class. Refunds cannot be given for opened Home Materials. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. Please see Studio Policies for more information regarding this.
