Class Fees 2010

Class	Term  1 Fees	Includes
	$180	8 x 45 minute classes per term, plus home materials including Baby Board Book, toy/instrument, music CD and wall banners (home materials pack are given out each term). Unit: Cock-a-doodle doo
	$210	8 x 45 minute classes per term, two music and movement storybooks, Home activity book, Two home CD's, zig zag blocks and storage box. This program is run over 16 weeks in total continuing on in Term 2.  Term 2 fees are invoiced in week 8 and are $120 for currently enrolled students and $210 for new students. Unit: Wiggles and Giggles
ABC Music and Me for Preschoolers	$210	8 x 45 minute classes per term,  3 different units/themes over the 16 week semester. Each unit comes with a CD, Magazine and instrument. This program is run over 16 weeks in total continuing on in Term 42 Term 42fees are invoiced in week 8 and are $120 for current students and $210 for new students.
Kindermusik for the Young Child	$235	8 x 60 minute classes per term,(Program is run over Terms 1 & 2). Home materials include a CD, songbook, carry bag, instrument, manipulatives and stickers. This program is run over 16 weeks in total continuing on in Term 2. Term 42fees are invoiced in week 8 and are $150for currently enrolled students ($235 for new students incl home materials). Unit: Young Child 1

• A deposit of $50 for Village and $100 for all other programs is payable to secure a place in a class. Balance is due Week 1 of term. Payment plans are available on request.

• Home Materials are compulsory and are paid for and distributed at the beginning of Term 1 . Home Materials last for a full semester  ,except Village which receive a new set of Home Materials each term. If you enrol in a class midway through the semester they will be added on to pro-rata term fees and distributed accordingly.
  

Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Your child's name will be added to the class list upon receipt of an on-line enrolment and deposit. You will then receive a welcome letter to the class. (if you are unable to fill out an online enrolment form, please contact Kylie for a hard-copy enrolment form to complete.)

Please note; your child will get the most out of our wonderful programs if you make a commitment of at least 1 year. We will assume you will be enrolling for the year and invoice you each term unless advised otherwise.

A copy of our studio policies will be sent to you with confirmation of enrolment.

Sibling discount: a discount of $25 off tuition is available for siblings attending the same or different classes, Please enquire at time of enrolment.

Makeup classes: There is a free makeup class at the end of each term which is to cover either a class that you may have missed due to illness or if the teacher has to cancel a class due to illness.

Casual rates: $16 per class  please note: classes cannot be attended regularly on a casual basis, the casual rate is designed for families who may want to bring another family member or may be looking after another child for the day. Please book in 24 hours in advance and for classes with maximum numbers it may not be possible to do this..

Bring a friend for free: If you have a friend who is interested in enrolling, you can bring them along to try a class for free. This needs to be booked in advance so we know to expect them. If your friend enrols, you will receive a $10 discount voucher on your next enrolment fees.

If your child joins a class mid-term, fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis. Please call me for the correct fees.
Payments can be made to Jim Jam Music via, cheque, direct deposit (Jim Jam Music, Westpac BSB: 032-188 Acc: 251755)or Paypal (credit card). Sorry, we can no longer accept cash payments in class.
